TERMS & CONDITIONS

To file a claim, kindly contact the authorized Car skin™ installer who performed the installation. If the installer is unreachable, for any reason, please contact authorized store and voc@thecarskin.com. Please retain the warranty card, a copy of your original receipt identifying coverage areas, and remit to Car skin™ as requested to process your claim.

Disclaimer and Exclusions

Pursuant to the coverage term applicable for the product that the Buyer has purchased, Car skin™ product Seller agrees to replace the product in the event that the Buyer experiences defects which are limited to cracking and yellowing.

This warranty will be effective only when the product is properly installed by a certified or authorized professional installer with proper care in accordance with the installation instructions of Car skin™ on the painted surface of vehicles manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

This warranty is extended to the Buyer and coverage begins at the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice. It is expressly declared that this warranty is not transferable. The warranty claim value is limited to the replacement of the product and Car skin™ declines any responsibility of labor charges towards the installation of the replaced product. Please check your state and local laws before installing the product on your vehicle; every state has different policies for aftermarket accessories and Car skin™/Seller does not take liability towards breach of any State or Federal Laws.

With the exception, to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on a product are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some States and Provinces provide for implied warranties and with this exception, this warranty is hereby limited.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, agreements, and similar obligations of Car skin™ Authorized with respect to the replacement of the product. The replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy provided by Car skin™ Authorized. In no event shall Car skin™ Authorized be responsible either in contract or tort for any damage or loss whether indirect, consequential, incidental, special or direct arising from the use or inability to use the product. This limitation of liability is limited to the extent it is accepted by applicable law.

Liability of is limited to the warranty provided herein and no other warranties or representations are provided. No person, distributor, agent, dealer, or professional installation company, Seller, is authorized to modify, change or extend the terms of this limited warranty or to assume or create any obligations or liabilities for Car skin™. This warranty provides for specific legal rights that may vary from State to State or Province to Province. This warranty shall be construed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

LIMITED WARRANTY

CARSKIN™ warrants paint protection film (the “product”) professionally installed PAN India, to be free from product manufacturing defects such as adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, peeling, deamination and discoloration. This is a limited warranty and extends to the original purchaser only, is not transferable and does not include coverage for improper installation (including but not limited to installation which is not performed in accordance with the CARSKIN™ installation guidelines), poor installation quality and is subject to the exclusions listed below.

OBLIGATIONS

CARSKIN™ obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product for the amount of product determined to be defective under this warranty terms.

CARSKIN™ paint protection film gives superior protection with a warranty, that the film optically clear on surface of your car. It won't crack, peel, bubble until it sticks on the surface, moreover while removing from surface it will not harm paint of the surface. CARSKIN™ provides you warranty towards yellowing and other manufacturing defects of Premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) including staining, cracking, blistering and delaminating. In case of vehicle re-painted before applying PPF or product affected from scratch shall not be covered under any warranty.

EXCLUSION AND DISCLAIMER

This warranty is void if the products are subject to improper care and cleaning (including the use of abrasive or unapproved cleaning agents), abuse, misuse or applied on non-recommended sub-strates, are illegally installed, or are used in an illegal manner. This warranty applies to CARSKIN™'s Paint Protection Film. CARSKIN™ PPF is intended for use on fully cured Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vehicle painted surface only. The warranty is automatically void if PPF installed over repainted, aftermarket painted or vinyl surfaces. CARSKIN™ is not having liability for damage catálogo to vehicles resulting from improper care and PPF should not be applied on headlights, indicator lights, chrome or carbon fiber trim. Authorized centers of CARSKIN™ are not authorized to modify / extend the warranty of the product.

ECLAIM PROCESS

In case if any user wants to make any claim with respect to manufacturing defect(s), user have to send an e-mail at the registered e-mail id of authorized center(s) of CAR SKIN™ from where PPF installation work completed. Please keep this warranty card until expiry of warranty of product. User have to produce Tax Invoice along with warranty card to authorized center of CAR SKIN™ for claim checking.

Upon receipt of claim from user, authorized center of CAR SKIN™ shall examine the vehicle condition and assess the claim. In case, if the damage happened due to sunlight heat, in such scenario authorized center of CAR SKIN™ shall take the call on settling the claim of user. Authorized center of CAR SKIN™ shall replace the PPF without charging any cost, however installer fee (as mutually agreed) shall be borne by user. Warranty coverage begins from the date of installation of PPF on vehicle as mentioned on the tax invoice issued by authorized center of CAR SKIN™. This warranty is non-transferable.

User shall be sole responsible for non-complying (including intimation about change in vehicle color) with Motor Vehicle Act as applicable in the state from where the registration of Vehicle had obtained. Authorized center of CAR SKIN™ does not take liability towards breach of any laws applicable as per governing authority.
